We are proud to present the latest member of the Colour family, Johan “Mr Excitement” Lilja. Coming straight out of the deep forest of Dalarna where he works at the local sawmill when he’s not throwing down in Kläppen. Johan is no stranger to danger and always likes to go BIG. Add to that his great personality and you have the recipe for a true Colour team rider. Good to have you onboard Johan!

Two weeks ago we had a photoshoot for the upcoming webpage. Without revealing too much I can say it featured a RED One camera, a lot of colours of course and some real stunt skills from me and the other team members. The new Colour site will drop sometime in the middle of august, don’t miss out!

Niklas Karlström will be showing a sneak peak of his latest project “Ski or Die 3D – The Last Waltz”. The movie is starring Niklas himself and back country snowboarder Björn Lindgren. It features footage from Japan to Lofoten.
So if you are in or around Kiruna this friday during “Kirunafestivalen”, get your ass to the lecture hall at “Kirunas folkhögskola” 18.00 to be the first to get a glimpse of the movie. Everyone is welcome and of course it’s for free.
For all of you that won’t be able to make it to the premiere, Niklas promise to put it out on the the world wide web at the end of the summer for public admiration.

Colour’s own Niklas Karlström have had a pretty awesome winter, especially by the look of his own blog. Several trips to the Alps, Lofoten and plenty of riding in Riksgränsen. Extra fun to see that Björn Lindgren seems to have tagged along quite a few times.
He has been filming for Free Radicals during the season and some projects of his own which we really looking forward to get a glimpse at. Colour would like to thank him for the past winter and wish him a great season ending in Riksgränsen.

Earlier today the finals of the 3 Star TTR slopestyle event Piststilen went down in Ramundberget and none other than COLOUR’s own Niklas Mattson climbed on top of the podium! His winner run consisted of a bs 10 late cork and a solid air in the corner. In 2nd place we find the sweetheart from Ulricehamn, Kevin Bäckström and in 3rd Falun’s finest, Ludde Lejkner.
In the ski contest Oskar Harlaut won before Kristoffer “Piffen” Edwall and Jim Wolf-Johansson.
Congratulations to all of ya!
